1. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate costs associated with AI computation and token processing, Slicy AI maintains a strict NO REFUND policy for all subscription plans.

2. Limited Exceptions

We only consider refund requests under the following extremely limited circumstances:

  • Accidental/False Transaction: If you made a purchase by mistake and have used 0% (Zero) of your token allowance.
  • Verified Technical Failure: Only if a system-wide failure prevented any tokens from being used after a successful payment.

3. Eligibility Checklist

To potentially qualify for an exception, you must:

  • Submit your request within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • Have used **absolutely zero** tokens in the current billing period.
  • Provide proof of the accidental nature of the transaction.

6. Processing Time

Once your request is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
